Delusione en todos , el precio de 140 mil no vale labitazione. Nel abitacion molestaba la luz y también el ruido de la calle Lo siento mucho, no lo racomiendo!!!

El hotel es limpio, la entrada queda justo al lado de lo del pandebono pero con el nombre de aqua, para estancias cortas está bastante bien, si tienen el sueño ligero este no es el lugar ya que los taxistas pitan toda la noche 🙈, aunque en las habitaciones internas se escucha menos, muy buen servicio y ubicación 😊

Buena localización, algunas habitaciones como las del segundo piso están interiorizadas, no se siente tanto el calor, sin embargo perfecto ambiente, la habitación cuenta con ventilador y con aire acondicionado, tiene TV +decodificador para la programación abitual, cuenta con mini nevera, una mesa de noche y lámparas agregándole de paso pues cama en perfecto estado y bien ordenado, el aseo lo hacen las señoras de servicios generales cuando no se encuentra el residente en su habitación. El wifi tiene buena señal.Los contras,Existen en algunas habitaciones como en el tercer y segundo piso, una pequeña plaguita, las hormigas. En mi primer día. Todo en perfecto estado. Al segundo ya habían filas por una pared de solo hormigas. La solución que me dio la señorita de recepción, cambiar de habitación. Perfecto 👌Sin embargo, sería perfecto que hicieran fumigacion o que taparan los huequitos de donde salen.Otro contra,En el baño solo se encuentra un pequeño jabón que dura lo mínimo de 2 días. Sería bueno la renovación de esto para algo tan básico como el baño.

Positiva: El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente en el centro histórico. Es un hotel sencillo, pero limpio y con camas cómodas. El desayuno es simple, nada extraordinario que no comerías en casa, pero está bien.. Negativa: Lo que faltaría es un poco más de personal en el momento del desayuno, pues la persona encargada tenía mucho trabajo a esa hora. Debería estar totalmente prohibido el ingreso de personas que no se estén hospedando en el hotel en las horas de la noche, ya que Cartagena, lamentablemente, es conocida por sus altos niveles de prostitución..

Positiva: El desayuno es muy bueno, y el personal de recepción en su mayoría excelente. Solo hubo una persona que fue quien no nos ayudó en lo del tv. De resto excelente personal.. Negativa: El olor en la habitación y en el baño, adicionalmente solicitamos que nos arreglaran el tv y nunca llegaron.

Positiv: Sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit super Lage in der Altstadt! Das Personal war extrem nett, bemüht u hilfsbereit! Konnten gut Englisch! Ich hatte ein kleines Einzelzimmer in dem alles sehr neu war und welches ein gemütliches Design hatte. Badezimmer war etwas klein bzw das Mini Waschbecken befindet sich direkt über dem WC Papierspender, welches unweigerlich immer nass wird, wenn man sich wäscht. Frühstück war klein, aber ausreichend für mich!. Negativ: Alles ok.

Positive: Struttura inaugurata appena 3 mesi fa. Personale inesperto ma molto disponibile. Reception h 24.. Negazione: Bagno di dimensioni ridotte, con micro lavabo non utilizzabile. Così in tutte le stanze. Zona molto chiassosa con nigth di fronte camera. Vi consiglio di non prendere camere lato strada. Colazione scadente per gli standard europei, con zona colazione ricavata in corridoio accesso a varie camere..

Positive: Hotel in absolutely superb position right in heart of Centro Historico. Really easy to visit all surrounding areas. I would recommend this hotel despite its shortcomings.. Negative: Little basic with not much furniture in rooms & only cold water for shower & washbasin- but told this is normal for that area due to hot climate. Girls on reception young & a little sombre probably because they didnt speak English. The exception was Yvonne who was lovely & so helpfull - & spoke good English..

Frigo dans la chambre Grande chambre (320) calme, pas les bruits de la rue (mais sans fenêtre) --> possibilité de chambres avec balcon un peu + chère Bon air-co + ventilateur. Négatif: Pas deau chaude. Petit-déjeuner très basique : café OU jus et mauvais café (mais Juan Valdez en face) Pas de fenêtre (Ch 320), mais cela évite dêtre réveillé par la rue assez bruyante.

Positive: Excellent location Day shoft receptionist Estefani was fine. The night shift receptionist Santiago was extrenely polite and professional (the best thing this hotel has got to offer). Negative: Reception is on the 2nd floor (uncomfortable to walk upstairs with heavy luggage) Small room (#318) Not a double mattress (just a big single). Black hair on floor and shower tray when entering the room for the first time NO WINDOW nor balcony (hence misleading Booking picture) NO HOT WATER Minuscule bathroom sink (very uncomfortabnle to brush teeth and wash) Toilet seat too close to the wall in front of it (very uncomfortable to sit and stand) Unbeliavably tiny, stingy and and cheap breakfast (worth no more then 1 dollar in local currency) A pathetically slow check in procedure which incudes having to sign a document where one commits not to smoke, despite one stating being a non smoker. Ah teh irony... the day after seeing mugs in the corridor used by other guests as ashtrays with cigarette ends....

Positive: I liked the location it was very central. I also enjoyed the people at the hotel they were very helpful and provided me with everything that I needed.. Negative: I paid extra for the balcony which might have been a mistake because I was right outside the street. The street was very loud and was difficult for me to go to sleep and stay asleep as you could hear everything outside..

Negativ: Das reservierte Zimmer mit Balkon war wegen Umbau nicht verfügbar. Stattdessen gabs eines zum Hinterhof mit lärmigen Klimaanlagen. Der Lärm der Bauarbeiter war den ganzen Tag zu hören. Rabatt gabs dafür nicht. Das Frühstück war Zwieback und Rührei..

Positiv: Das Zimmer war sauber und gut klimatisiert. Negativ: Waschbecken nicht fixiert, Türrahmen hat Spalt durch den man in die Lobby und Retour ins Zimmer sieht, kein Platz auf dem Klo ohne überall anzukommen, Frühstück war lächerlich und das Personal an der Rezeption war unzumutbar, bis auf eine Dame die dort arbeitet (leider den Namen vergessen).
